MENTOR
Mentoring programs are a sponsor type program for the homeless community. If we all mentored one person that is homeless then we can create a significant effect. Mentors are people who will navigate the system and take a homeless individual through the process towards housing.

Family Empowerment & Mentorship model utilizes intensive family case management and supercharges it with mentorship and access to private and public resources. Worked with more than 100 families and 500 volunteer mentors, collaborating with hundreds of community-based partners. Recruits teams of volunteer mentors, then staff professionally trains and guides them to assist vulnerable families over 12 to 18 months, ending their cycle of homelessness.

The Community Allies Program has transformed the traditional one -on-one mentor relationship by incorporating companionship and community. The mission of the program is to support and empower individuals and families to combat isolation while achieving self-sufficiency, housing stability, and overall wellness by fostering one-on-one relationships, developing social networks, and building community.
