The mission of the Van Ness Recovery House is to meet the critical and expanding needs of the Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, and Transgender community for alcohol and drug addiction recovery. Utilizing the principles of Alcoholic Anonymous, the house provides day and residential treatment, sober living, education, prevention, and outreach services in a socially supportive and chemically free environment. Services are available to anyone regardless of ability to pay or HIV status.
